An art camp/exihibition in Bangamela 2008 supported by Inner Eye is organized from 18th to 20th July 2008. 	Jatin Das Jatin Das was born in Orissa and studied painting at the Sir J.J. School of Art in Mumbai. He has had several exhibitions and has participated in numerous shows in India and internationally including the Paris Biennale (1971) and the Venice Biennale (1978). In 1991, the Lalit Kala Akademi held a retrospective of his works. He is also the recipient of several awards including an award at the IV Bharat Bhavan Biennale. He lives and works in New Delhi.
	Mona Rai Born in Delhi in 1947, Mona Rai studied M.A. Psychology, Delhi University and attended art classes for a couple of years at Triveni Kala Sangam. The space of painting is often thought to be one of quite contemplation, of refuge, seclusion and withdrawal from the world. read more
